Turbine Ventilator
Turbine vents are wind driven rotary type gravity roof
ventilator with 8" or 12" diameter throat, fabricated from
galvanized steel, externally braced. |
Ridge Ventilator
Ridge ventilator are of gravity type with 4" throat and chain operated vertical lift dampers. Ventilators are made of nominal 24-gauge
steel, factory painted white on all visible exterior galvanized surfaces. The top of the ventilator has a bird screen cover.

Circular Roof Ventilators
Stationary ventilators for 3" or 4" roofs are 12"
diameter gravity type fabricated from aluminum and are
furnished complete with bird screen, operable disc type
damper with chain and base.

Power Roof Ventilators
Power roof exhausters for 3" or 4" roof are a 12"
diameter throat, capable of 280 CFM air movement at 1/8"
static pressure and are equipped with adjustable
thermostats. The power requirement of exhauster is .86
amps at 115 volts.
An intake louver of 115 square inches minimum free air area
is provided for each exhauster.

Roof Curbs
Roof curbs are constructed of nominal 18 gauge
galvalume 14 gauge galvanized steel framing members.
Minimum height of curb is 8". All flashings shall be
provided to ensure water tightness. Optional hatch or cover
is available. Note: Interior clear height may be affected.

Skylights
Skylight panels are flat polycarbonate sheet, factory
assembled into standard 16" wide flush interlocking panel.
The polycarbonate sheet is 1/8" thick, clear with a
matte finish, having a light transmission factor of
approximately 70%. The panels meet ANSI Z97.1 safety
glazing standard and UL94 flammability rating.
- Skylight panels must be used alternately with solid panels.
- Skylight for 6" rib roof panels are 8" wide in lieu of
12".
- Skylight panels are field located as required.
Panels meet or exceed all requirements of Federal
Specifications LP-505C. When subjected to ASTM-E-55T (Type
U Equipment) simulated 1000 hours weather test, the panel
shows no loss of surface gloss or exposed glass fibers.
