Haden Toledo Jeep Chiller |
Systecon approached Parkline with a project to provide a complete modular chiller plant for the Haden Toledo Jeep facility. This project had an extremely short lead time requirement - it was entered on July 27th and completed by September 14th.
Prior to July 18th, no design or planning had even began. So, much collaboration between Systecon and Parkline's Sales, Engineering and plant was required to complete the project within the six week lead time.
Due to the fact that on-site construction was not an efficient means to facilitate the project and the building height was to large to ship, Parkline and Systecon worked together to construct a four piece pre-erected building on a skid system adjacent to the end destination. Not only did Parkline have to simultaneously engineer and manufacture the components for this building, employees also worked closely with the state of Ohio to get a state pre-erected label for the building.
In the end, it was completed on time, under budget and was a highly visible project for the Toledo area. Also, the Haden Schweiter Corp. that contracted Systecon to complete the project was very impressed with the end result.
