Struts and Racks
Parkline mounting strut and equipment racks are essential for any Industrial Duty Metal, Fiberglass or Blast Resistant Shelter that will be equipped with wall mounted equipment, utilize calibration gas cylinders, or house device or equipment that must be elevated above floor level. Our strut and racks can be furnished in any material, including painted steel, stainless steel, aluminum or fiberglass, and can be easily added in fixed or adjustable configurations, as a final element to any shelter. Save time and effort in the field with these highly functional accessories!
Vertical Equipment Mounting
Vertical Strut forms the backbone of framing essential to the support of wall mounted equipment as shown in this image. Our vertical mounting strut is available in painted, galvanized, stainless or aluminum materials in both low and high profile configurations, and can be secured in either permanent or adjustable manners to horizontal strut and can support equipment weights up to 2,500 pounds. Please calculate an approximate total of linear footage required, and let Parkline pre-locate vertical mounting strut for your critical equipment.
Horizontal Equipment Mounting Strut
Horizontal Mounting Strut is often used to support light fixtures as shown in the inset image, or to form exterior bottle racks. Our horizontal strut is available in painted, galvanized, stainless or aluminum materials in both low and high profile configurations, and is often secured around the entire interior perimeter of a Shelter’s interior wall to secure vertical strut which supports equipment weights up to 2,500 pounds. Please calculate the linear footage required, and let Parkline pre-locate mounting strut for your critical equipment.
Adjustable Equipment Mounting Strut Systems
Adjustable Equipment Mounting Strut Systems allows the lateral adjustment and addition of vertical mounting strut to any interior or exterior wall. While the vertical strut is only attached to the horizontal strut with heavy-duty ‘T’ brackets, and does not require attachment to the wall, this form of adjustable mounting strut can still support up to 2,500 pounds of equipment with ease. When additional equipment is planned, or the spacing of equipment mounting feet or pads is unknown, consider the use of this highly flexible mounting system.
Equipment Support Racks
Equipment Support Racks can be furnished in both buy-out or custom-built versions as shown in this image, in any material, including painted carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum or fiberglass. One of the most common uses for equipment racks is to house batteries, as illustrated by the buy-out rack to the left, complete with a wall mount voltage regulator and automatic transfer switch, and the custom rack to the right, complete with a manual transfer switch. They may also serve as ‘stands’ to support equipment above floor level.
