The Qualified Builder is responsible for the assembly of Parkline buildings to be shipped to various customer sites.
Job Functions
• Installs all components of buildings; including but not limited to HVAC units, windows and doors
• Assemble Parkline buildings at the Eleanor WV plant
• Read and understand prints and bill of materials
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and all parts are shipped with building
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and manlifts
• Loading and unloading of building materials

Painter
Department: Structural Fabrication Plant
Location: Eleanor, West Virginia

Structural Steel Painters apply protective coatings and paints to steel structures components also to building doors, trim, and other various Parkline/Trachte materials that need painting. Responsibilities include surface preparation, applying paint/primers, and maintaining equipment, ensuring long-lasting, quality finishes.
Job Functions
• Prepare the surface of steel components and other materials for painting by cleaning, sandblasting, and applying chemical treatments
• Operate spray guns, brushes, and rollers to apply paint and other coatings
• Monitor and maintain painting equipment, including cleaning and performing routine maintenance and repair.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to painting and coating operations
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the painting requirements
• Responsible for the industrial painting of structural steel, doors, and miscellaneous parts
• Operation and maintenance of the industrial spray booth

• Understanding of different types of paints and coatings and how to select the appropriate one for each job
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to the painting industry

Maintenance Technician
Department: Fabrication Plant

The Plant Maintenance Technician will collaborate closely with production personnel to ensure the smooth operation of plant systems and various packaging equipment. The technician will bring demonstrated experience and maintenance skills to the table, with a readiness to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Please note, this position requires overtime on a regular basis, averaging 40-50 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities
• Observe equipment operation to detect hazards, issues, and the need for service or repair
• Provide assistance to fellow maintenance team members during repairs and downtime events
• Troubleshoot VFD drives and other PLC/computer-based systems
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and packaging equipment
• Aid in implementing projects and equipment upgrades alongside the plant technical staff
• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on facility equipment
• Coordinate and oversee contractors for professional repairs when necessary
• Update and track service inspections and checks
• Support schedule changes to resolve conflicts between maintenance and daily operations activities
• Develop and implement repair plans and PM programs to enhance maintenance effectiveness
Qualifications
• Proven maintenance experience
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently, with or without direct supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with automation systems
• Familiarity with hand tools and various shop equipment (welders, drills, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate conflicts to achieve desired results
• Commitment to safety standards; experience with LOTO and other safety programs
• Experience with hydraulic systems, air systems, VFD drives, and forklifts
• Knowledge of facility utilities
• Ability to operate forklifts and scissor lifts (or willingness to obtain necessary licenses)
• Strong multitasking and adaptability to frequent changes or unexpected challenges
• Excellent organizational skills
Other Abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Minimal welding experience preferred
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus
Physical Requirements
This role involves constant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, and utilizing both hands for repetitive grasping and lifting.

Position Overview
As the Accounting Manager at Parkline, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, providing accurate financial data, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Job Functions
• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collection efforts, to ensure timely and accurate revenue recognition.
• Develop and maintain accurate cash forecasting models to assist in effective cash flow management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create revenue and cost forecasts that contribute to informed business decisions.
• Lead the preparation of the annual budget, incorporating input from relevant stakeholders.
• Review diagnostic reports to verify the accuracy of job costing and inventory data.
• Coordinate and oversee year-end inventory counting procedures.
• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Generate supporting schedules that reconcile and tie major financial statement accounts, including cash, accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and deferred revenue accounts.
• Prepare supporting schedules for key estimates, such as revenue under percentage of completion, accrued payroll, allowance for doubtful accounts, and inventory obsolescence.
• Manage the timely and accurate preparation of sales and use tax returns on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Assist in providing trial balances and supporting documentation for the annual audit process.
• Collaborate with the Controller and executive team to address provide analytical insights and supporting data for strategic planning and presentation to stakeholders and investors.
• Support other departments by providing timely answers to questions related to job costing, cash collection, and ERP processes.
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• A minimum of four years of relevant job experience in accounting and financial management.
• Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, specifically Infor Syteline, to manage financial data and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel for advanced financial analysis and modeling.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Outlook for effective communication and collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of team leadership and collaboration.
• Experience with year-end audit processes and interactions with auditors is a plus.

Site Environmental Health & Safety Manager

Position Overview
The Environmental Health & Safety Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the Company’s environmental health and safety programs to ensure compliance with company policy and all applicable local state and Federal laws. Will provide strategic direction and leadership for environmental health and safety initiatives.
Job Functions
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all safety and environmental programs.
• Educate, train, and provide support in the development and execution of Company safety and environmental management programs.
• Investigate all safety incidents and safety observations to determine root cause and develop programs for improvement.
• Coach managers on best practices to promote a culture of safety awareness company-wide.
• Lead cross-functional safety meetings designed to share information and drive improving performance. Communicate details to all levels of the organization.
Conduct job safety analyses.
• Proactively compile and analyze safety data to identify trends and determine root causes.
• Monitor all Health & Safety programs including but not limited to: EAP, Confined Space, Haz Com, Hearing Conservation, LOTO, PPE, Bloodborne Pathogens, and driver safety.
• Conduct all new hire and ongoing safety training for employees.
• Maintain safety records, facility inspection records, incident files and any associated safety and environmental databases.
• Review and approve safety audits, inspections/investigations.
• Endeavor to create a work environment that is enjoyable, engenders pride in the product and focus on the customer, and provides room for individual responsibilities and ideas.
Job Qualifications
• A Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, communications, creative & facilitative skills, and interest in working in a team environment is required.
• Professional certifications in EHS management (e.g., Associate Safety Professional, Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist) are highly desirable.
• Certification in First Aid/ CPR/ AED or be willing to obtain.
