Qualified Builder

Department: Pre-Assembly Plant

Parkline is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, driven candidates to fill our Qualified Builder position. Parkline engineers to order, manufacturing and integrating metal building for a wide variety of uses and industries. We execute modular and site-build projects all over the country.

The Qualified Builder is responsible for the assembly of Parkline buildings to be shipped to various customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Installs all components of buildings; including but not limited to HVAC units, windows and doors.
• Erection of Parkline buildings at the Eleanor WV plant.
• Read and understand prints and bill of materials.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and all parts are shipped with building.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes and man-lifts.
• Loading and unloading of building materials.

Welder

Department: Structural Fabrication Plant

The Welder is responsible for supporting Parkline’s Structural Fabrication Plant..

Job Functions

• Responsible for day-to-day fabrication and welding of all structural steel and miscellaneous parts.
• Assist in the cutting, welding and fabrication of structural steel components and miscellaneous part fixtures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Oral Communication – speak clearly and professionally in all situations
• Planning/Organizing – prioritize and plan work and use time efficiently
• Follow Directions – respond to direction by management and supervisor

• Quality – demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Structural steel mig welding with the standards of AWS D1.1 and CWB qualifications
• Certified welder in both GMAW and FCAW
• Ability to read and understand structural blueprints
• Cutting accurately with torches and plasma cuter
• Ability to read tape line and protractors

Machine Helper

Department: Manufacturing Plant

Overview

Parkline is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, driven candidates to fill our Machine Helper position. Parkline engineers to order, manufacturing and integrating metal building for a wide variety of uses and industries. We execute modular and site-build projects all over the country.

The manufacturing Machine Helper will work closely with the machine operator to produce various parts needed for the construction of Parkline buildings.

• Load and unload material and parts from the assigned machine
• Assist the machine operator
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
